Distress Centre Calgary is a 24 hour crisis support centre in Calgary and Southern Alberta, and provides support and crisis intervention through phone, email, daily chat, and daily text. Their mission is to provide compassionate, accessible crisis support that enhances the health, well-being and resiliency or individuals in distress.
